On November 23, 2008, Habitat for Humanity of Sangamon County held a Dedication Ceremony, located at the site of the new home at 1000 Knoll Pointe in Springfield, to celebrate the completion of its final house of the year for homeowner Patty Redpath and her family.
This reception provided Habitat with an opportunity to display its appreciation to all of the dedicated community volunteers and generous local sponsors that were crucial in the completion of the largest home in the history of Habitat for Humanity of Sangamon County.
House #75 kicked-off the construction effort with the first of two blitz builds on June 19, 2008 where numerous volunteers from the local community united to build a home for the Redpath Family. WATCH VIDEO
