This release and waiver of liability for for adults needs to be filled out before any adult participates as a volunteer. A volunteer desires to work as a volunteer for Habitat and understands that the activities may include constructing and rehabilitating residential buildings, working in the Habitat offices and living in housing provided for volunteers of Habitat. Safety Manual
